I love my insurance company. They're prices very reasonable. I've only had to call a few times but their Customer service is super friendly and my claim was handled fast and professionally. I definitely recommend this company that's looking for great coverage for low prices per month.

My husband and I unfortunately had to file a claim last year after an auto accident that was caused by another driver. Amica made the entire process as smooth and seamless as possible, from sending a tow truck driver to the scene, arranging for repairs, booking a rental car, and handling all of the billing and communication with the other party's insurance company. They were in regular communication with us as well to keep us posted regarding the process. An accident is always an inconvenience, but Amica's customer service and support helped it to be as minimal a hassle as possible.

I've had to contact customer service to make changes to my policy. The first time I called them was to change my coverage amount. I also called them to set up a payment arrangement. Both times the customer service representative was very friendly and helpful and my issues were resolved very quickly. They also gave me a discount during the call which I was not expecting.

When my son's car was still covered by our insurance his car was hit by another driver and totaled. Dealing with Amica was easy and they were very responsive. It did take some time, which was expected but my son received an amount for his car that exceeded the actual value so we were all pleased with the outcome.

I have not had any problems with Amica. They have a lot of options to choose from and the prices are very reasonable. We were able to purchase a policy online without having to meet or speak with anyone which is very convenient. We can pay our bills and see our current coverage and account information all online.
