I have not had too much interaction with Auto-Owners since I have not had any claims. They did inform me during the COVID experience that I received a credit on my policy since we were staying at home and not driving as much, and it was deducted from the premium. For my age group and the vehicles I own, Auto-Owners has been one of the most affordable companies available to me.

We switched to Auto-Owners from State Farm in Jan 2019. We have not had any claims with the company so far. We have had to contact our agent a few times and either by phone or email she has always been professional, answered in a timely manner and gave us the information we were seeking. We were a bit disappointed this spring when other insurance companies were offering a much higher discount due to COVID-19. We are getting a 15% discount for a few months. But at least they gave us something. We also have our renters insurance with them and get a nicwe bundling rate. We have better coverage with our auto insurance than we did with State Farm. We are also paying less for this better coverage.

I've been with Auto-Owners for auto insurance for about 4 years now. I have occasionally looked at other companies to see if they could offer a better rate and have yet to find one. They have an app that makes making payments, getting auto id cards, etc easy. They've also always been really nice when I've had to call in.

Very pleased with A-O. I had to make a claim a few years ago and they made the entire process as easy as possible and paid very quickly. I am satisfied with Auto-owner's insurance. I get a very good deal on full coverage insurance since it is combined at the same company with home insurance. I have had to make a couple of claims in the past because of a gender gender, and it was acted on by them quickly and efficiently. I think I will stay with this company for the long term.
