I have had two to three car claims over the years and they were always very helpful, fast, and efficient, and paid out any claims within a few days. Very responsive overall too. I like working with a local agent also. Their website is useful. They don't staff 24/7 so when I bought a new car on the weekend I had to wait until Monday to officially put the car on the insurance but I think they would have covered it in the interim.

Our insurance broker constantly searches for better rates and Cincinnati has always been able to beat their competitors on price. Their online options could be better but it is worth it for the lower rates and being backed by a big national company. Luckily we have never had to make a claim.
