Auto Customer

We have been with State Auto for many years. While we've only had a couple of claims throughout this time, when we did we were very satisfied. We called after we were hit by someone else (their fault), and they were quick to help us. The only thing that I was a little bit dissatisfied with is that I thought that they should have had more communication with the other insurance company. But overall, a very positive experience.

Auto Customer

I have never had to make a claim with them, so I really cannot tell you. They are cheaper than the other guys and since I have not had an accident in 21 years of me driving, I would rather get cheap and no frills than go expensive and all the frills only to be out money.
